Nestled on a magnificent green and perfectly maintained plot, 30 minutes from Marrakech, the villa Perla is a real treasure. Its Arab-Moorish architecture combines with spacious living rooms, including lounges, 4 suites and 4 bathrooms. The villa is decorated with great taste and benefits from a very modern equipped kitchen. All the rooms are bright, giving an impression of continuity between the interior and the exterior. For your meals, you can choose between three options:
Economy Package
This option allows you to pay €40 / day for the service of a cook. You do your own grocery shopping, and the cook prepares your meals with the products you purchase.
Comfort Package
The cook’s service is also €40 / day, but we can take care of the grocery shopping for you, with a provisioning fee of €85 per basket. You will pay the exact amount of the groceries upon presentation of the receipt.
Freedom Package
This option includes kitchen staff, and you simply pay a fixed price per meal and per person:
Breakfast: €10 / person
Lunch or dinner: €30 / person
Half board: €40 / person
Full board: €60 / person
– 50% discount for children under 10 years old

Non présentation (No show) 100 % du montant total de la réservation est dû à UTLIBRI si le client n'a pas souscrit auprès de nos services à l'Assurance Annulation.
- Acompte débité par UTLIBRI lors de la réservation : 50 %
- 2ème acompte 30 jours avant l'arrivée : 50 % du montant total de la réservation est dû à UTLIBRI.
- Le propriétaire ou le personnel de maison pourra vous demander de régler les services sur place en monnaie locale.
- Le montant total de la réservation n'inclut pas les produits ou services en option commandés sur place.
