Nestled on a beautifully green and maintained plot, bordered by olive trees, Villa Maxima is a splendid 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence, located in the highly sought-after Palmeraie district. Just 15 minutes from the city center, this villa displays all its charms and offers incomparable comfort. The living room is extremely bright and cozy, with a functional fireplace for the winter months. The many shaded terraces allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors in summer. Deckchairs and parasols complete the ensemble for relaxing moments by the pool. Daily housekeeping and the presence of a Resort caretaker ensure a pleasant stay, while additional services such as a cook or pool heating are available at an additional cost. For your meals, you can choose between three options:
Economy Package
This option allows you to pay €40 / day for the service of a cook. You do your own grocery shopping, and the cook prepares your meals with the products you purchase.
Comfort Package
The cook’s service is also €40 / day, but we can take care of the grocery shopping for you, with a provisioning fee of €85 per basket. You will pay the exact amount of the groceries upon presentation of the receipt.
Freedom Package
This option includes kitchen staff, and you simply pay a fixed price per meal and per person:
Breakfast: €10 / person
Lunch or dinner: €30 / person
Half board: €40 / person
Full board: €60 / person
– 50% discount for children under 10 years old
Heated pool: €50 / day with 3 days of preheating

- 2ème acompte 30 jours avant l'arrivée : 50 % du montant total de la réservation est dû à UTLIBRI.
