The accommodation includes lodging, daily housekeeping, and the presence of a house staff consisting of a cleaning lady and a security guard available day and night. Bed linens and household towels are provided. Wi-Fi Internet access is available for guests, as well as Hi-Fi equipment for comfort and entertainment. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a pleasant stay in all seasons. Finally, the UTLIBRI concierge service is at your disposal to assist you and meet your needs throughout your stay.

For an additional cost, three meal plans are available. The economic plan offers the services of a cook for €30 per day while you handle the groceries yourself. The comfort plan, also at €30 per day, includes grocery shopping handled by our team, with a supply fee of €85 per basket plus the exact cost of purchases based on receipts provided. The freedom plan includes the kitchen staff, and you only pay for the meals you wish to have: €10 per person for breakfast, €30 for lunch or dinner, €35 for half-board, and €55 for full-board.

Beyond meals, we can arrange activities and excursions upon request. Transfers to the airport or the city center are available at €35 per trip for up to seven people and €50 for groups of eight to seventeen people. Access to the heated swimming pool is offered at a rate of €50 per day. Additional services such as laundry, babysitting, and car rental are also available. A tourist tax of €3 per person per night applies to the entire stay. Finally, tips for the house staff are left to the guests’ discretion.
