Just 30 minutes from the bustle of Marrakech, nestled in a private estate on the edge of the desert and palm grove, Villa Caldo invites you to an enchanting escape, where contemporary refinement blends with the Moroccan spirit. Behind its ochre walls, this exceptional 600 m² villa embodies a warm lifestyle, inspired by local tradition and enhanced by the talent of designer Baptiste Bohu. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, the residence features three elegant bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, dressing room, and terrace, and generous living spaces: a vast living room with oriental inspiration, a welcoming dining room, a semi-professional kitchen, a library, a yoga and meditation area, as well as a spa including a hammam, massage room, and fully equipped gym. A double sofa bed in the living room and an additional bed in one of the bedrooms comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends. At the heart of the house, the central patio paved with green and white bejmat tiles captures the light and creates a soothing atmosphere. Outside, the lush garden reveals a palette of scents and colors: jasmine, orange trees, bougainvillea... The heated swimming pool (12 x 3 m) decorated with black and white zelliges invites you to relax, surrounded by deckchairs and parasols. Under the pergola, the outdoor dining area welcomes large groups in a relaxed atmosphere. A shared tennis court, accessible free of charge, is also available: rackets and balls are provided, and reservations can be made via the butler. The quality of service completes the unique Villa Caldo experience. A butler and a maid/cook reside on-site to ensure absolute comfort. Breakfast is included, and for other meals, an à la carte menu is available, without the hassle of shopping or preparation (lunch from 300 MAD, dinner from 400 MAD – special child rate).
