Designed to offer absolute comfort, Villa Marine offers several elegant suites, all with private bathrooms, as well as a vast, light-filled living room opening onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for convivial moments with friends or family.

For your meals, you have three options:
Economy Option
This option allows you to pay €50/day for the services of a cook. You do your own grocery shopping, and the cook prepares your meals with the products you purchase.
Comfort Package
The cook's service is also €50/day, but we can take care of the grocery shopping for you, with a flat fee of €85 per basket. You pay the exact amount of the purchases upon presentation of the receipt.
Freedom Package
This package includes kitchen staff, and you simply pay a price per meal per person:
Breakfast: €10/person
Lunch or Dinner: €30/person
Half Board: €40/person
Full Board: €60/person
- 50% discount for children under 10
Activities & Excursions
Spa Treatments (hammam, sauna, massage, etc.): additional charge
Heating of the outdoor pool: €100/day, payable on the day of booking
Golf Cart Rental: €50/night per cart (deposit of €2,000)
Airport or City Center Transfer Service:
€40/transfer for up to 7 passengers
€60/transfer for 8 to 17 passengers
Laundry service
Babysitter: €80/day
Car rental
Tourist tax: €3.00 per person per night

Annulation à moins de 30 Jours avant l'arrivée : 100 % du montant total de la réservation est dû à UTLIBR si le client n'a pas souscrit auprès de nos services à l'Assurance Annulation.
Non présentation (No show) 100 % du montant total de la réservation est dû à UTLIBRI si le client n'a pas souscrit auprès de nos services à l'Assurance Annulation.
- Acompte débité par UTLIBRI lors de la réservation : 50 %
- 2ème acompte 30 jours avant l'arrivée : 50 % du montant total de la réservation est dû à UTLIBRI.
- Le propriétaire ou le personnel de maison pourra vous demander de régler les services sur place en monnaie locale.
- Le montant total de la réservation n'inclut pas les produits ou services en option commandés sur place.
- Le montant des paiements en monnaie locale peut varier en fonction des taux de change applicables.

Travaux quotidiens dans la maison ou aux alentours (lundi devant la maison / mercredi, jeudi, vendredi intervention sur le jacuzzi)
Tout s’est bien passé La maison était très bien et Najat aussi , très bonne cuisine . Laurent a été très bien ( musique )
Les massages car elles essayaient un peu de nous truander .
